Ghana's Black Queens will book a slot in the next round of qualifiers for the 2024 Olympic Games should Guinea fail to overturn a 3-0 deficit on Tuesday, July 18.
Nora Hauptle's side looks increasingly favourite to advance to the next round following an emphatic 3-0 win in Conakry last Friday.
Vivian Adjei Konadu, Doris Boaduwaa and Evelyn Badu were all on the scoresheet in the first encounter between the two sides.
Both teams held their final training session at the Accra Sports Stadium on Monday evening ahead of the decider.

Guinea know there is a huge mountain to climb if there are to stand a chance of being at the Olympic Games after their below-par performance in Conakry a few days ago.
Speaking in his pre-match presser, the head coach of the side, Camara Sekouba, admitted the 'difficult' situation at hand but believes his girls will be playing their hearts out for the country.
“Tomorrow’s match won’t be an easy one. We conceded three goals in the first leg and personally, I think we need to do a remontada. We need to score three times but it will not be easy against a superior Ghanaian team. We have players who are just about 20 years and so, it will be difficult. We will try our best to overturn the score so we qualify," he said.

“Let’s not forget that we are not here [in Ghana] to take in the sights. There is pride and honour on the line. Tomorrow, the players will do their best and make sure they will leave the pitch with their heads held high.”
Those were some brave words from the gaffer but of course, Nora Hauptle and her girls also have very little chance of slowing down and the Swiss coach reiterated that shortly after the Guineans presser.
According to her, it will be best for her team to avoid complacency and go into the game with the needed attitude.
“We are just building a powerhouse. So on the basis, it’s always our values," Nora said.
“Tomorrow, it is very important that we stay very humble and that we are selfless and we don’t only play for the crowd. We also set a strategy towards the game [against Guinea] which is framed on how they play.”
As if that was not threatening enough, captain of the Black Queens, Portia Boakye, adds that her teammates will deliver victory for Ghanaians in the capital.
“As my coach [Nora Hauptle said], we can’t promise any goals because if we do and we don’t get them [Ghanaians will come for us],” she said.

“[But] of course, we will score Guinea. We are winning the game tomorrow because myself and the other players are ready.”
Ghana's coach gave very little away when it came to making changes to her starting lineup as a result of fatigue.
However, she also didn't rule out any possibility of having 'fresh legs' in the team to face the West African neighbours.
The game is scheduled for a 16:00 GMT kickoff with the gate open to all.
