Former Minority Leader, Haruna Iddrisu has cautioned Attorney-General, Godfred Yeboah Dame against appealing the acquittal of Minority Leader, Dr Cassiel Ato Forson.
According to Mr Iddrisu, the Attorney General will experience more embarrassment should he charter this course.
The Court of Appeal, by a 2-1 Majority decision, ended the trial of the Minority Leader in the ongoing ambulance procurement case.

Reacting to this judgement, Mr Dame said he will appeal the decision.
However, Mr Iddrisu believes that this will be an exercise in futility.
“I hear that the Attorney General, instead of him eating humble pie is saying that he wants to litigate on this matter.
“Mr Speaker, we assure him that he would be further disgraced. This is because when you want to try people, try them on matters which are legally meritorious,” he noted.
