The founder of Wibexly Limited, Dr Roberta Awinmah Ayalingo has been crowned Ghana's Most Outstanding Female in Business Incubation at the just-ended 10th Feminine Ghana Achievement Awards 2024 held at the luxurious Accra Marriott Hotel in Accra.
The award recognizes her exceptional leadership and dedication to providing quality business incubation services, fostering entrepreneurial growth and success.
The Feminine Ghana Achievement Awards organised on July 5 by The Business Executive Magazine Limited seeks to publicly recognize women in Ghana who have achieved outstanding accomplishments in various forms of endeavours across both the public and private sectors, such as entrepreneurs, professionals, corporate executives, public institution managers, diplomats, sportswomen, traditional rulers, and others.
The accolade automatically ushers her as a “SHE ACHIEVER” which is the topmost connective female network platform in Ghana.
Dr Ayalingo's award is a testament to her tireless efforts in supporting startups and early-stage businesses, providing guidance, resources, and mentorship to help them thrive.
Speaking to the media, she expressed her gratitude, stating, "This award is a confidence booster, motivating me to continue supporting entrepreneurs and startups in achieving their full potential."
Wibexly Limited, under her leadership, continues to play a vital role in nurturing Ghana's entrepreneurial ecosystem through business incubation and support services.
