All the "T"s have been crossed, and the "I"s dotted for the most anticipated upcoming Joy FM Family Forum, slated for Saturday, August 12, 2023.
The forum is under the theme, 'Becoming Mr. and Mrs', (All you need to know before marriage) at the Best Western Plus Hotel, Nungua at 7am.
Are you single and desire to be married? Then, the forum is for you because there's never a time to prepare for marriage than to prepare when you are not married. Profound, right?
Well, some of the resourceful family life counsellors who will be on hand at the forum have been sharing why you need to attend this program and the reason you have to learn to prepare for marriage while single.
According to Counsellor and lawyer, Kweku Yamoah Paintsil, having good intentions to marry will not guarantee the success of a marriage, hence, the need to learn and acquire the right knowledge or nuggets to navigate through marriage.
"It is through the Joy FM Family Forum that you'll learn some tit bits to add on to what you already know. And I know somebody's marriage will be saved by attending the forum," he stated on Home Affairs hosted by Edem Knight-Tay on Saturday.
Another counsellor, PG Sebastian explained that attending the forum will never be a waste of time because singles will learn the fundamentals that will set them on the right path.
"The young and the unmarried must come to learn a thing or two about alignment of purpose" (Amos 3:3), and understanding the uniqueness of your partner, etc" he revealed.
Ariel, a Wellness Coach did not mince words when she said, "If you want to live a happy married life, then the Joy FM Family Forum is set for you to come and learn how to marry well."
She also spoke about the need for people to know how to live life holistically, how to make decisions about their well-being, and how to be responsible.
Apart from Kobina Ata-Bedu and Mrs. Theresa Wiafe-Asante, who will also grace the occasion, playwright, James Ebo Whyte, and First Lady of Royalhouse Chapel Int'l, Rev. Mrs. Rita Korankye-Ankrah will also bring their worth of experience to bear at the program.
Patrons will have a buffet breakfast, network, and individual sessions with our counsellors.
Remember, you'll also be treated to some good entertainment, and there'll be giveaways from sponsors such as GOBA Kente, Marienoelle's Spa and Salon, NICHE, Shape Healthcare, etc.
The forum promises to be exciting, so reserve your seats now by sending a WhatsApp or message to 0592889986.
