The West African Examination Council (WAEC) on Wednesday released the results of the 2021 West African Senior School Certificate Examination (WASSCE).
According to the Council, there was a decline in the performance of candidates in Mathematics and English Language this year. Over 45 per cent of the candidates failed the two subjects.
However, there were improvements in the performance of candidates at Grades A1 to C6 in Integrated Science and Social Studies as against 2020.
Since the WAEC announcement, social media users have been on the look, pacing around with an Eagle's eye to take a glimpse of rapper Yaw Tog's results.
Some results said to be those of the rapper were circulated, but after careful analysis, it has been proven those results are not authentic. This even led Yaw Tog to ask "So how y’all got my results, So you sure say ebi legit?"
So you sure say ebi legit 😂😂😂😂😂😂 https://t.co/MbQtHRTs81

The Ghanaian rapper is among the 442,807 candidates who sat for this year's West African Senior School Certificate Examination.
For the Ghana Education Service (GES), the provisional results released indicate that this year’s performance was “impressive.”
