The inaugural flight of Virgin Atlantic on Monday landed at the Kotoka International Airport.The flight an Airbus A340 300 is the signal that passengers willing to travel between Ghana and London can now do so on Virgin Atlantic.The CEO of the Virgin Group Sir Richard Branson who was onboard the inaugural flight said the airline will help further Ghana’s leading position within West Africa as the preferred business by making it more accessible to business and leisure passengers.Ghana becomes the fifth African destination for Virgin Atlantic flights. The Airline will fly to Accra thrice weekly.
