Chairman of Hearts of Oak strategy committee Vincent Odotei Sowah is tight lipped about the current developments in the club which has seen head coach Kenichi Yatsuhashi take to social media to disclose the details of his contract.
The facebook post by Kenichi has generated much interest across the length and breadth of the country.
However, Odotei has refused to be drawn into the conversation stating clearly that the situation is well under control with the interest of Hearts their paramount priority.
“The strategy management and the board are in control of everything that is happening,” he told Asempa Sports
“We are going to take a decision that will protect the image of the club to ensure that the brand we are building to make the club successful is continued.”
“We are going to take decisions that will make sure that players and coaches interest are taken care of but the most important is that the Hearts of Oak’s interest comes first.”
Officials of the club have all refused to comment on the situation and for Odotei, it is the for the sole purpose of not adjudicating the case in the media.
“Our silence is because we don’t manage the club in the media. We are not going to adjudicate the case in the media.”
“We are managing this to ensure that the club’s dignity is maintained. The club’s position on this issue will be known very soon,” he added.
Hearts play WAFA in a midweek game hoping to bounce back after three games without a win.
