Renowned gospel group, Daughters of Glorious Jesus, are celebrating three decades of propagating the gospel through music.
As part of activities to celebrate the milestone, the trio are embarking on a media tour across the country.

On Wednesday, the group paid a courtesy call on the management of Ghana’s leading media outfit, Multimedia Group Limited, to express appreciation for the enormous support given to their ministry.
Daughters of Glorious Jesus were welcomed by Multimedia’s Chief Operating Officer – Radio & Digital Media, Ken Ansah, Chief Human Resource Manager, Nana Elegbe as well as Channel Managers.

The trio made up of Cynthia Appiadu, Edna Sarpong, and Monica Owusu Ansah presented a citation to the media giant and also cut a cake to mark the 30th anniversary.

Steve Abebrese of First Insurance presented the citation of recognition on behalf of Daughters of Glorious Jesus to Multimedia Group Limited.

“For 30 years of singing the gospel in Ghana, your media outlet has been one of the media platforms that has propelled us to greater heights,” Steve Abrese echoed on words on the plaque.


Multimedia Group Limited has taken an active part in supporting the ministry of the gospel group on its multi-platforms including, Joy FM, Joy News, Myjoyonline.com, Adom FM, Adom TV, Hitz FM, Asempa FM, Joy Prime and other related channels.

Chief Human Resource Manager, Nana Elegbe, was elated that the group had acknowledged the media outlet’s contribution and pledged to continue the collaboration.
‘We thank you very much for coming back to us to express your gratitude for the partnership…We will support you through the next 30 years and even more,” he said.

Daughters of Glorious Jesus have produced timeless songs including “Edin No,” “Wo Ntaban,” “Yesu Mo,” “Akasa Preko,” “Asomdwe Hen” and other classics in their career spanning three decades.
