Mario Balotelli always does things in amusing fashion, and he even managed to turn a red card into a comical moment as Nice played Bordeaux on Wednesday evening.
Balotelli was shown the red card for needlessly hacking at an opponent, but then came the comedy.
First, the Italian laughed at the ref’s decision, gesticulating to the Nice bench.
Next, he ripped off his shirt and presented it as a surprise Christmas gift to a delighted fan.
And finally, he pushed away a TV camera that was getting too close for his liking.
Always amusing, Balotelli has delivered again… albeit in inauspicious fashion with Nice having their star striker dismissed.
