On this day in 2009. Agyeman Badu converted the last spot kick to earn Ghana and Africa it's first World Cup in Egypt.
This was after the Black Satellites had played majority of the game with ten men after defender Dan Addo was sent off for a second bookable offence.
Members of the team include Dede Ayew, Samuel Inkoom, Daniel Addo, Opoku Agyeman, Ransford Osei and player of the tournament Dominic Adiyiah.
