Secular songs are usually hardly heard in the church but lately, some pastors, notably Reverend Obofour and Angel Obinim, have permitted them in their churches.
In a video circulating on social media, some members in a church were seen jamming hard when Medikal’s ‘Omo Ada’ song was played by the church’s band.
The rapper shared it on his Instagram page and received accolades from dancehall act Shatta Wale who said: “you are doing something they not doing …f**k them …you bless.”
Celebrities who also reacted include Opanka, Joey B, J Derobie, D Black, Bisa Kdei and Medikal’s girlfriend Fella Makafui.
