Acting FIFA president, Issah Hayatou, was pictured nodding off at a FIFA news conference in Zurich.
It is obvious that the job of heading FIFA is not a simple one and the stress is clearly taking a toll on Hayatou.
Like they say, when nature calls, a man has no option but to answer.
