Vanguard Assurance Company Limited has organized a special thanksgiving service to appreciate God for their induction in the Chartered Institute of Marketing Ghana (CIMG) Hall of Fame, Insurance category.
The occasion which was characterized by praises and worship by directors and staff of Vanguard Assurance was also to dedicate the Hall of Fame award to God and ask for his blessings for the company to achieve greater heights.
Vanguard Assurance ranked among the top three insurance companies in Ghana is presently a one-stop composite insurance company underwriting all the major classes of Life and Non-Life insurance.
With 37 years of excellence in the insurance industry, Vanguard Assurance was inducted into the CIMG Hall of Fame at the 22nd Chartered Institute of Marketing Ghana (CIMG) Awards Night held in Accra.
Speaking at the thanksgiving ceremony, the Chief Executive Officer of Vanguard Assurance Company Limited, Gideon Amenyedor who was brimming with smiles described their induction into the CIMG Hall of Fame as a major milestone in the company’s history.
According to him, the success story of Vanguard to their ability to respond promptly and positively to growing and changing customer needs and other relevant environmental factors.
The Vanguard Assurance boss said strong management team and dedicated staff increased their market share which contributed to the company ending 2010 with a healthy bottom-line and a better balance sheet which led to the success they have chalked.
He observed that the award has boosted their confidence to render First Class services to their loyal and dedicated customers who have supported them over the years.
Mr. Amenyedor noted that Vanguard Assurance is committed to enhancing their interactions with customers; introduce more innovative and socially responsible products to impact positively on the society.
He challenged other companies to emulate the Vanguard example making hard work and determination their hallmark.
Vanguard Assurance presented citations to past CEO’s, best insurance brokers and selected direct customers and gents of the company for the instrumental role they played in helping them achieve the fame.
Activities to mark the celebrations would be climaxed by the Nana Awuah Darko Entrepreneur and memorial lecture in honour of the founder of Vanguard Assurance.
