Black Stars goalkeeper, Razak Abalora and midfielder, Salifu Mudasiru, will come up against Manchester United in the group stages of the 2022/23 UEFA Europa League.
The Ghanaian duo, who now play for Sheriff Tiraspol in Moldova after leaving Asante Kotoko, have their side pitted in Group E, where they will face the Premier League side, alongside Spanish outfit Real Sociedad and Omonia Nicosia from Cyprus. Patrick Kpozo will also feature for Sheriff.
In Group C, Bernard Tekpetey and Malik Abubakari will have a chance to play against each other after Ludogrets and Helsinki were drawn in the same group, They will be joined by AS Roma and Real Betis.
Kwabena Owusu and Daniel-Kofi Kyereh will also go head-to-head with Freiburg joining Qarabag, Olympiacos and Nantes.
