Latvia 1-2 Czech Republic

Czech Republic have qualified for the European Championships, after they defeated Latvia 2-1 on Sunday evening.

The Czechs raced into a two-goal lead thanks to strikes from David Limbersky and Vladimir Darida, before Artur Zjuzins grabbed a consolation for the home side.

Wales 0-0 Israel 

Wales's hopes of qualifying for the first major tournament since 1958, after they were held to goalless draw by Isreal at the Cardiff City Stadium on Sunday evening.

Norway 2-0 Croatia

A brace from Jo Inge Berget was enough to hand Norway a 2-0 win over Croatia in their Group H qualifier on at the Ullevaal Stadion.

Iceland 0-0 Kazakhstan

Iceland qualified for the 2016 European Championship, following their goalless draw with Kazakhstan on Sunday evening.

Bosnia and Herzegovina 3-0 Andorra

Bosnia-Herzegovina kept their qualifying hopes alive with a 3-0 win over Andorra in their Group B encounter on Sunday night.

First goals from Edin Dzeko, Senad Lulic and Ermin Bicakcic were enough to hand Bosnia the win and move them to within two points of third place, Israel.

Malta 2-2 Azerbaijan

Malta secured their second point of the qualifying campaign after they drew 2-2 with Azerbaijan in their Group H qualifier on Sunday night
