A police patrol team has arrested two suspected armed robbers at Tungah Children’s Park in Dansoman in Accra.
The suspects; Mawuli Amegbo and Sule Mohammed were arrested on June 13, after someone filed a complaint when they robbed him at the children’s park.
The two, along with two other accomplices now at large, were allegedly armed with a cutlass. They attacked and robbed the complainant of his royal motorbike with registration number M-21-GW-490.

After raising an alarm during the operation, eyewitnesses came to the victim's aid and later escorted him to report the incident to the police.
According to the police, one cutlass was retrieved when the two suspects were arrested while the other suspects ran away.
The suspected robbers have since been processed for court.
