The Chief Executive Officer of True Vision Ghana, Naapong Kuuberme Edward has been honoured at the maiden edition of the Global Volunteers Award 2024.
Held at the World Trade Center on Thursday, the ceremony recognised individuals who have made significant contributions to their communities through volunteer work.
Mr. Edward, a native of Upper West Region was acknowledged for his tireless efforts in driving positive change and empowering individuals in his community.
His organization, True Vision Ghana, has been instrumental in implementing initiatives that promote healthcare, education, climate-smart agriculture, and economic development.
Accepting the award, Mr. Edward expressed his gratitude to the organisers and dedicated the recognition to his team and partners across the world.
His humility and passion for service shone brightly, inspiring the audience to emulate his example.
The Global Volunteers Award has set a benchmark for excellence in volunteerism, and Mr. Edward's recognition serves as a testament to the impact one person can have when driven by a desire to make a difference.
