Renowned global giant in the oil and gas industry, TotalEnergies Marketing Ghana PLC, has won four prestigious awards for its tremendous contributions towards the energy sector at the just-ended 10th edition of the Ghana Oil and Gas Awards (GOGA).
The awards won were Lubricant Product of the Year Award for the third consecutive time, making it part of the Hall of Fame, Marketing Campaign of the Year Award and Oil Marketing Company of the Year Award.
On the same night, TotalEnergies Ghana’s Managing Director, Olufemi Babajide, was crowned CEO of the Year Award (Downstream).
The tremendous honours signified the company's stunning qualities and exceptional dedication to excellence in service delivery and positioning itself as a highly respected company advocating for best business practices in the sector.
The 2023 Ghana Oil and Gas Awards organised by Xodus Communications Limited with support from the Ministry of Energy serves as the largest industry initiative dedicated to championing excellence and celebrating companies and individuals who have demonstrated outstanding performance in stewardship and exceptional dedication to serve customers. The event was attended by several dignitaries including the Deputy Minister of Energy, Andrew Egyapa Mercer, and many other policy makers in the Energy fraternity.
In a post-award interview, the Managing Director of TotalEnergies Ghana, Olufemi Babajide, expressed his profound gratitude to the entire team and most especially, the Board of Directors, for their unflinching support over the years.
According to him, TotalEnergies Ghana has positioned itself as a leader in its industry with credibility and reputation in the market and setting a benchmark for others to follow.
"We are indeed grateful for such a priceless achievement tonight. The awards symbolise the team's unwavering focus on meeting and exceeding customer expectations while adhering to rigorous quality standards," he said.
