Management and staff of Total Petroleum Ghana (TPG), have inspected its service stations across the country to interact with customers and improve quality customer services.

According to Mr Eric Fanchini, the Managing Director, the week-long activity was to ensure that customers were constantly provided with experiences of top-class services not only in fueling but also the right maintenance tips for car engines.

He explained that a customer’s proximity was a value for the company, thus, the initiative to regularly move on to the field and join Frontline staff to serve customers.

He entreated customers to expect nothing short of comfort, excellent services and warmth from Attendants when they visited a Total Service Station.

Mr Fanchini added that despite the Bonjour shops and the ATMs at the stations, Car wash centres and eateries had been introduced at some stations such as Tante Marie at the Tema Industrial Area, KFC at the Tema Community one station and the Mugg & Bean at the Liberation Road Service Station.’

“We want our stations to be a destination place for customers and be a convenient place for all our car care needs”, he added.

Abdul-Rahim Siddique, the Sales and Marketing Manager said the Top Service week was organised to know the needs and expectations of customers and educate them on services to expect when they drive through Total service stations.

He said the company was keen on making significant contributions to the lives of people and to the economy through the impact of its commercial activities and its corporate social responsibilities in the areas of education, safety and entrepreneurship.

 Stephen Appiah, the TPG Brand Ambassador and former Captain of the Black Stars, also joined the team at the Total Oxford Service Station to dispense fuel, clean vehicle windscreens and assist customers with payment via Total Card.

He added that TPG was a reputable brand for quality products and services and for that matter his readiness to be part of the mission of bringing quality and satisfaction to all Ghanaians.

Madam Edna Kankam, the Communications Manager, said the company had a station finder App called ‘Total Services App’ and urged customers to download freely and use it to locate any Total service station in the country.

She added that “the App is user-friendly, easy to navigate and able to give information on all the services and promotions on offer at any Total service station and the app has car maintenance tips and a direct contact to the customer service officers who are ready to assist clients in need.”
