The Blakknoters, led by the founder and lead artist, Josh Blakk, will be embarking on an African tour, dubbed 'The One Way Tour'.
This dynamic Ghanaian band, formerly known as the Wakye band, has garnered widespread acclaim for their sensational live performances, captivating audiences across every outdoor bar in Accra, from the Republic Bar to the Piano Bar and beyond.
Comprised of a talented collective of young musicians, The Blakknoters are renowned for their electrifying stage presence and innovative musical style. Now, they are poised to share their distinctive sounds with audiences beyond Ghana’s borders, as they prepare to perform in three other vibrant African cities: Lagos, Nairobi, and Johannesburg.
The tour, scheduled to kick off with a spectacular performance at Cloud 9 in Accra on the 17th of February, promises to be a celebration of Ghanaian music and culture. From there, The Blakknoters will journey to Lagos for a memorable performance on the 22nd, with dates for Nairobi and Johannesburg set to be announced soon.
In addition to their captivating live shows, The Blakknoters will also embark on a media tour in each city, providing audiences with insight into the distinctive sounds and creative process of the band.
