Ibrahim Ayew gets the nod ahead of Samuel Inkoom at right back with David Addy winning his debut start at left back while young goalkeeper, Daniel Agyei keeps the post.
The game against the Bosnians, the first match after the African Nations Cup for Ghana is an opportunity to continue with their build up to the World Cup finals in South Africa later this June.
