SuperSport United midfielder Edwin Gyimah faces up to six weeks on the sidelines with a badly twisted ankle.
The Ghanaian sustained the blow in Matsatsantsa's recent 2-1 victory over Orlando Pirates in Soweto.
"Gyimah is definitely out of the game against AmaZulu (on Tuesday) due to the injury sustained against Pirates," revealed United team manager Coltrane Munyai.
"He should be out for four to six weeks."
There is good news for the club's fans, however, as Bafana Bafana winger Thuso Phala is back at training after recovering from the knee complaint he picked up last year.
