Sunyani Technical University in the Bono Region has rolled out internal measures aimed at protecting students and staff against the Covid-19 pandemic.
As a result, management at its regular meeting on Monday, 1st February 2021, has directed all Faculty Members to employ combined face-to-face and Virtual Learning tools to minimize human contacts as much as possible.
"Large classes should be broken into groups/sessions where face-to-face is required, a press statement signed by Dickson Kyere-Duah, the Public Relations Officer of the University said.
It comes on the back of the surge in cases in Ghana and the subsequent 23rd Covid-19 update by President Akufo-Addo on Sunday, 31st January 2021.
