Ex Black Stars Captain Stephen Appiah will lead the country's young and middle aged working class at this month's edition of monthly work out session "Accra Works out" -at the Accra Sports Stadium on Saturday February 27.
The event, which comes off on the last Saturday of each month, between the hours of 7am and 9am on the Multi-Purpose Court of the Accra Sports Stadium, is free, and attracts an average number of 200 participants – and increasing – from corporate institutions across Accra.
It presents an enormous opportunity for corporate institutions to reach prospective clients, conduct de-facto market survey, undertake customer audit, sample popular opinions about their image and products, among others.
Last year, remarkable testimonies were borne by regular participants; “there isn’t a better way to end a month and start another, than to come with the family to this workout session, meet and interact with people from different institutions, strike all forms of acquaintance and de-stress”, a participant said in a video after January's edition of Accra Works Out.
Tertiary institutions including University of Ghana ,University of Professional studies , Accra polytechnic among st others will participate in special side attraction events put together by organizers Primeval Media on Saturday.
