Deputy Minister of Finance, John Ampontuah Kumah, says comments made by the Executive Director of the Economic and Organised Crimes Office (EOCO), Maame Tiwaa Addo-Danquah, concerning the viability of charges leveled against Menzgold and its CEO, Nana Appiah Mensah, do not reflect the position of state prosecutors in the case.
