“GLICO is here to assure the Ghana Football Association and the Black Stars that we are with them all the way in the next AFCON and World Cup tournaments; providing them with necessary cushion to motivate them to win laurels for our dear nation Ghana”, she stated at the ceremony held at the GFA secretariat.
On his part, GFA General Secretary expressed gratitude to GLICO and urged them to consider coming on board as the official insurance sponsors of the GFA and all the national teams.
Black Stars management Committee Mr. George Afriyie who led the team to place second in the 2015 AFCON, also thanked GLICO for their support for the team over the years and called for more support as the team prepares for the tasks ahead.
