Ghanaians including some celebrities have taken to social media to react to the death of Highlife legend Nana Tuffour.
A source close to the 66-year-old confirmed his passing to Andy Dosty, host of Daybreak Hitz on Hitz FM, Monday.
He died at home in the early hours of Monday after a short illness and his body has been deposited at the Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital Mortuary.
"Sad day for Ghana Music#Highlife music Legend Nana Tuffour popularly know as 9924 has passed on..." one user wrote on hits Twitter handle.
Other users are still stumped they would not see the celebrated musician perform his hit songs ever again.
God should bring back Nana Tuffour and come for Patapaa and Emelia Brobbey 🙏
