Ace Broadcaster, Kwame Sefa Kayi, has stressed on the need for national team players to show commitment and a sense of nationalism ahead of Ghana’s 2018 world cup qualifying campaign
Speaking on "Adom Tv`s Fire 4 Fire" with Countryman Songo, "Chairman General" bemoaned the lack of commitment in the Black Stars camp and the unpatriotic fever that seem to have caught up with the players in recent years.
According to him, the players should not concentrate on the financial gains they derive from playing with the national team but rather give their best on the field.
They should rather think about what they're doing to benefit the entire nation,” Sefa Kayi said.
“They should lay aside money matters and sacrifice for this country.”
"Let your light so shine...Black Stars should show the way, by love and passion for country and not because of money,”
Ghana begin the qualifiers in October with a home game against the Cranes of Uganda.
