A 30-member delegation of the Association of Road Contractors of Ghana (ASROC) begins a two-week visit to China on May 3, according to an official statement issued by the Ministry of Roads and Highways in Accra on Thursday.
The statement signed by Mr Mawutordzi Abissath, Head of Public Affairs, said while in China, ASROC executives as well as officials of the Ministry of Trade and Industry would hold bilateral talks with their Chinese counterparts.
It said ASROC executives would also be involved in meetings with the China Export-Import Bank in Beijing from May 11-12.
The statement said members of the delegation who were chosen from the Association’s membership nationwide would also participate in the China Road Summit and Exhibition 2009.
