Veteran Ghana goalkeeper, Richard Kingson says he is focused on improving the fortunes of Accra Great Olympics and has nothing else to prove to anyone.
Kingson was criticized for being ‘past it’ in recent times but his move to local side Accra Great Olympics has proven to be a success as he has put in a series of sterling perfomances.
“Good game and that is it. The entire team did very well and we continue to ensure that we pick up points game by game,” Kingson said after the game
“I love the game and I will continue to play till I feel I cannot play again and I continue to insist that I have nothing to prove to anyone.”
The former Black Stars goalie covered himself in glory once again when he saved a late minute to ensure Accra Great Olympics had a share of the spoils in their league game at the Len Clay Sports Stadium against New Edubiase yesterday.
Kingson played a total of 405 minutes which stretches to four and a half matches in the league before conceding to Bernard Ofori on matchday 16.
