Bayern Munich have lost star winger Franck Ribery to a new injury just days after he made his return from a nine-month absence.
The Frenchman scored on his return in the Bundesliga against Borussia Monchengladbach last weekend, but then lasted only half an hour against Dinamo Zagreb in the Champions League on Wednesday.
Although this new muscular problem is not as bad as first feared, the 32-year-old is out for the rest of 2015. "We're going to have to take thing slowly, even if I want more," Ribery told Sport Bild.
Mehdi Benatia is also out for the rest of the year and he and Ribery join David Alaba, Douglas Costa, Juan Bernat, Mario Gotze and Arjen Robben on the Bayern treatment table.
