Republic Bank (Ghana) PLC, a subsidiary of Republic Financial Holdings Limited (RFHL) has recommissioned its Goaso Branch in the Asunafo District of the Ahafo Region of Ghana.
The recommissioning of the ultra-modern branch followed its relocation to offer customers and prospective customers better convenience.
The Branch is now located on Father Patrick Lynch Street near Omanhene’s roundabout.
Speaking at the event, the Managing Director of the Bank, Benjamin Dzoboku, stated that the new premises offer amongst others, a better customer experience, easier accessibility, privacy and bigger parking space.
He noted that the new branch is part of the Bank’s quest to provide its customers with topmost service delivery in a refreshing ambience.
He emphasised the Bank’s strength and experience by stating, “Our parent bank, Republic Financial Holdings Limited has over 187 Years of banking experience so we totally understand the business of banking; and with an asset base of $16.95 billion, we stand tall in our chosen field.”
Mr Dzoboku expressed his sincerest appreciation to the Traditional Council for their support.
The Omanhene of the Goaso Traditional Council, Nana Kwasi Bosompra I, who was the special guest of honour was full of commendation for the Bank in general and the staff at the branch in particular for their exceptional customer service delivery.
He also expressed his gratitude to Republic Bank for providing jobs for the youth in his community and for the cordial relationship that exists among all stakeholders.
Also present at the ceremony were the Municipal Chief Executive of the area, Yaw Osei Boahen and John Nkrumah, the Bank of Ghana Representative.
Mr Osei Boahen advised the audience to cultivate the habit of transacting business through the formal banking system to enable them easily access financial assistance.
He wholeheartedly endorsed Republic Bank as a Solid, Safe and secure bank that they could rely on.
Mr. Nkrumah on his part confirmed that Republic Bank is a top choice bank with firm financial backing and in good standing with the regulator.
A customer of the Bank and Chairman of the Asunafo Cocoa Cooperative testified to the bank’s services, particularly the competitive rates that had been offered him for his International Trade transactions with a Swiss-based chocolate manufacturing firm.
The Branch Manager, Augustine Tanor, on behalf of the staff, expressed his gratitude to the Management of the Bank for the refreshing working space.
He assured all present that the Bank would continue to provide its diverse range of products and be a place where the most delightful customer experience is provided to all customers.
