Jose Mourinho has reportedly penned a pre-contract with Manchester United to take over the managerial position in the summer.
The former Chelsea manager, who left the Blues in December, has been heavily linked with the United job, currently occupied by Louis van Gaal.
The current Red Devils boss has a contract at the club until 2017, but the team's underwhelming performances this season has put Van Gaal under increasing pressure.
According to a report in El Pais, Mourinho is already set to take over from the Dutchman at the end of the season.
In fact, the report claims that the Portuguese will be paid £15 million if he is not appointed United manager before June 1.
