The Member of Parliament for Wa Central, Rashid Pelpuo, has been confirmed as the substantive Minister of Youth and Sports.
Mr Pelpuo was appointed by President Mills to act in that position about three months ago.
He took over from the former Minister, Alhaji Mohammed Mubarak Muntaka, who resigned from his post after he was investigated for an alleged financial scandal at the ministry.
