Ghana coach Milovan Rajevac hopes his charges can send the form that saw them beat Zambia 4-1 in a friendly into their next assignment.
The Black Stars racked in four first half goals, displaying a good balance between attack and defence on Wednesday night's game played in London.
Rajevac expects his players to replicate this winning mentality when Ghana takes on Sudan in the 2010 World Cup qualifying in September.
Despite missing a host of players, the Black Stars put on a show at the grounds of English League One side, Leyton Orient as Rajevac told KickOffGhana.com that he saw more evidence of a side that could cope without key players.
"We were very clinical in the first half and overall deserved to win," he said.
Handing every member of the team some playing time, Rajevac says those who turned up will give him even more selection headaches as he prepares to name his squad for the 2010 World Cup qualifier against Sudan in Accra on September 6.
"The players who turned up showed just why Ghana is such a good team because even without many regulars it was a good performance."
"We needed to keep the winning so it was important that we did that. Now we will go into the next game with our confidence really high."
