A female police officer, Chief Inspector, Victoria Ntowaah of the Effiduase Police Charge Office, has been found dead.
The officer was found in her Chevrolet private car with registration Number DP No. 4037 G at Asokore Kobriso in the Ashanti Region.
According to a police report, the car of the deceased Chief Inspector was found in a ditch with her sitting in the passenger seat with her head down on the dashboard.
The police also found bruises on her left shoulder and face, with her left hand swollen.
They are, however, yet to establish who was driving the vehicle since, according to them, the deceased does not know how to drive.
Investigations have commenced into the incident.
