Mr Donkoh, his wife and two sons who were travelling from Agona Kwanyako in a hired taxi were attacked at Nyanoa, near Agona Akwakwaa and subjected to severe beatings after the people had suspected them of abducting the little boy (his son) Master Awal Mohammed, aged 16.
Inspector Peter Ofosu, Mankrong-Junction Station Officer said on 1st February, 2007 Mr Donkoh and his wife were sending their son, Mohammed, who was sick to a Pastor at Nyamebekyere for treatment.
