Earlier in the week, the opposition NDC served police notice of their intention to demonstrate in their attempt to call for the resignation of the Bank of Ghana Governor, Dr Ernest Addison.
The police in response, though agreed to provide security, called for a change in the routes insisting that selected routes may endanger public order and public safety among others. This caused some controversies over the week.
So, today on The Law, the host Samson Lardy Anyenini, sits down with lawyer Oliver Barker Vormawor to discuss the dos and don'ts of demonstration.
