The Supreme Court is currently hearing the election petition filed by the NDC’s John Dramani Mahama.
At its last sitting, lawyers for the 1st Respondent, that is the Electoral Commission (EC), and the 2nd Respondent, President Akufo-Addo began the cross-examination of the NDC's General Secretary, Johnson Asiedu Nketia.
Mr. Nketia, who is testifying on behalf of the 2020 flagbearer of his party, John Dramani Mahama, is expected to mount the witness box again, today.
