The Supreme Court today gave its verdict on the 2020 NDC Presidential Candidate's application to reopen his case in the election petition hearing.
This follows legal arguments on the application by counsels for the Electoral Commission and President Akufo-Addo, the 1st and 2nd Respondents in the case.
Both lawyers had opposed the submission by the lead counsel for the petitioner, Tsatsu Tsikata.
Mr. John Dramani Mahama is seeking leave from the apex court to reopen his case so he can subpoena the EC Chairperson, Jean Mensa.
