The Constitutional, Legal and Parliamentary Affairs Committee of Parliament has resumed its public hearing of the series of memoranda for and against the Promotion of Proper Human Sexual Rights and Ghanaian Family Values 2021 Bill.
For today, about eight persons and organisations will appear before the Committee to explain why they support or oppose the Bill.
Over 140 memos have been presented to the Committee so far regarding the Bill.
The Bill, if passed in its current state, will criminalise Lesbianism, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender and their related activities.
