Six-time winners of the National Science and Maths Quiz (NSMQ), Presec-Legon, faced off competitors from Shama and Asanteman senior high schools for a place in the quarter-final stage of the national championship.
Some predicted an easy win for the 'Odadeɛs'.
They argued Shama and Asanteman are no match for the Legon-based Presbyterian boys.
At the end of the contest, Presec-Legon won and qualified for the quarter-final stage of the competition.
