Tonight on JoyNews, PM Express Business Edition discussed tax evasion in the country.
This is after President Akufo-Addo bemoaned the fact that over 60,000 professionals do not pay taxes, thus affecting revenue generated by government through taxes.
According to him, persons evading taxes should desist from the practice and urged the Ghana Revenue Authority (GRA) to crack the whip.
Host, George Wiafe engaged Assistant Commissioner of GRA, Dominic Naab, Chief Executive Officer of Private Enterprise Federation, Nana Osei Bonsu and Yaw Appiah Lartey, a Partner of Deloitte to suggest possible solutions to this challenge.
