Two years after her appointment to be the country’s fourth most important person, Chief Justice Sophia Akuffo has retired.
On Newsfile on the JoyNews channel and Joy FM, Saturday host Evans Mensah and his panellists discussed some of her landmark judgements.
Also up for discussion was the Findings and Recommendations of the National Reconciliation Commission (NRC), a fall out of JoyNews’ Scars of the revolution documentary.
The issue of the row between the Minority and Majority in Parliament over the vetting schedule of the newly nominated Chief Justice, Anin Yeboah was also discussed by the panellists.
