Two-time champions of the National Science and Maths Quiz (NSMQ), Mfantsipim School broke what was gradually becoming a jinx as they fought off competition from two other schools to make it to the quarter-final of this year's competition.
The Kwabotwe Boys who had suffered three consecutive eliminations (2019, 2020 and 2021) saw off the determination of Presby SHS, Suhum; and Techiman SHS to clinch victory.
