The second edition of the JoyNews Impact Makers' Awards took place at the Accra International Conference Centre (AICC).
The event recognised and honoured ordinary people making an extraordinary impact in their communities.
10 people were honoured for their selflessness toward the advancement of their communities but one of them will stand out as the overall winner.
Project Lead, Emefa Atiamoah said the objective is to recognise and encourage individuals in communities to take up the challenge of promoting development.
The awardees received cash prizes to support what they do.
