The Supreme Court this morning began hearing the substance of the National Democratic Congress’ flagbearer, John Mahama’s election petition challenging the 2020 election results.
This follows the consideration of all pending motions before the court.
At today's hearing, the General-Secretary of the NDC, Johnson Asiedu Nketia, who is one of two witnesses for former President John Mahama, stepped into the witness box to testify against the EC.
