Newly-elected President of Rugby Africa, Mr. Herbert Mensah on Tuesday, March 21, 2023, arrived at the Kotoka International Airport from Cape Town, South Africa where he attended the conference that elected him.
Mr. Mensah polled 30 votes out of the 32 to take over the running of the continental Rugby governing body. The following are photographs from the scene.
