New Chelsea signing Baba Rahman has set his sights on winning trophies as his relationship with the English Premier League champions begins.
Rahman, who was key to Ghana's run to second in the last edition of the Africa Cup of Nations, brings experience from Kotoko, and Germany’s Gruether Furth and Ausburg. He is hopeful of landing a regular role in left back with Chelsea.
With the defending EPL champions currently struggling, Rahman is looking forward to contribute to a revival and eventual silverware.
“I’m ready to play and fight for the club and also give my best. My goals are just to win titles with Chelsea and to give all my best,” said Rahman
“I’m very happy here and i want to tell the fans to just keep supporting the club and that i will do all i can to make things happen for myself and the club.”
The 21-year-old was given a tour of the Blues' Cobham base on Tuesday after completing a £21.7million move from Bundesliga outfit Augsburg.
