The Supreme Court today, held the third hearing of the 2020 election petition case brought before it by the flagbearer of the opposition NDC, John Dramani Mahama.
The former President is asking the court to order a re-run of the December 7 election, between himself and the NPP’s Akufo-Addo who was declared President.
Some personalities present at today’s court hearing include Mr Kojo Oppong Nkrumah, Mr Johnson Asiedu Nketia, Marietta Brew Appiah-Oppong, Elvis Afriyie Ankrah, Gabby Okere Darko among many others.
Today’s hearing was centered on a motion filed by Mr. Mahama to have his lawyers inspect documents in the custody of the Electoral Commission (EC).
